Several recently collected samples of fossiliferous cherts with
typical features of more
or less rounded shape (e.g. above right) and remains of sandstone sticking to
the
surface (e.g. centre below and left). These features are seen on many samples
assigned by HEINRICH COTTA to
Ruedigsdorf, indicating erroneous labelling.
