collection HEINRICH COTTA, Drawer 52-5, Ruedigsdorf site, Museum fuer Naturkunde Berlin
Drawer with 27 samples, 14 of which show features typical for
the cherts from the type locality of Scolecopteris near
Freital and probably 12 of the remaining 13 samples being really from Ruedigsdorf.
One sample seems to have come
from the area near Nova Paka and could have been found in the gravel deposits
of ancient courses of the Elbe river.
