Rue/1541 "Psaronius helmintholithus", collection HEINRICH COTTA, Ruedigsdorf site, Museum fuer Naturkunde Berlin
Part of a tree fern trunk (about half cross section) with squeezed
centre (right) and surrounding aerial
roots, all within sandstone (?). It is difficult to relate the sample to a location.
It could have come from
Ruedigsdorf as well as from the Nova Paka region in the Czech Republic. We will
try to find this out.
